This information is pertinent to becoming approved to produce precast concrete products for PennDOT.
PennDOT Mix Design Form.
This is an updated electronic concrete mix design form. The form will probably be modified in the near future for SCC mixtures to include the additional unique qualification/production tests.

Bulletin 15 provides a listing of manufacturers of products approved for use in PennDOT construction contracts.
The Prestressed Concrete Association of Pennsylvania (PCAP)
The Prestressed Concrete Association of Pennsylvania is a non-profit industry organization of prestressed concrete bridge beam manufacturers approved by the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a material source and located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Mid-Atlantic Precast Association (MAPA)
The Mid-Atlantic Precast Association (MAPA) is a professional marketing organization committed to the growth and greater profitability of the Precast Industry in the Mid-Atlantic region. MAPA will educate the construction community, design professionals and students on the advantages of precast concrete and will assist members in their efforts to enhance market share as compared to competing materials.
The National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA)
The National Precast Concrete Association is an international trade association representing the manufacturers of plant produced concrete products and the suppliers to the industry. NPCA provides members with education seminars, an annual industry trade show, monthly industry newsletters, a quarterly magazine targeted exclusively to the manufactured concrete products industry, technical/sales literature and a technical services "hotline."
Precast / Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI)
The Precast / Prestressed Concrete Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering greater understanding and use of precast and prestressed concrete. It maintains a full staff of technical marketing specialists and has members from throughout the world.
